Patent / Technologies / Methodologies / System etc. (Upto Five) :
- A quick and simple gel diffusion assay to visualize and quantify pullulanase activity for resistant starch content in food crops was conceptualized and developed.
- Methodology/Process: A cost effective and user friendly bio-elicitor (Methyl Jasmonate; MJ) and nutrient seed priming technology for the mitigation of drought stress and to improve the starch quality of rice was developed.
- Low Glycemic Index (GI) Atta Product was developed for the commercialization.
- Eight Biosamples of transcripts (4 each of root and shoot) of contrasting pigeonpea genotypes for salt stress tolerance were generated and submitted in public database.
- A nutritional quality matrix (NQM) of pigmented rice was developed for the rice eaters and for industrial benefits as a functional food supplement.
