Patent / Technologies / Methodologies / System etc. (Upto Five) :
- Developed two formulations-CYANONUTRICON and CYANOBIOCON as multipurpose agents in integrated nutrient and pest management in a diverse range of crops, for enhancing soil fertility crop yields and biofortification
- Novel Cyanobacterial Biofilm inoculants developed as plant growth promoting, biocontrol and soil fertility enhancing options for legumes, rice-wheat, maize, cotton, flowers and vegetables
- First reports on hydrolytic enzyme(s) mediated fungicidal activity in Anabaena and Calothrix strains and identification of genes/ homologues of hydrolytic enzymes-chitosanase and endoglucanase
- Easy to use-protocols developed for evaluating the influence of microbial inoculants on soil health and crop productivity (nitrogen fixation, biomass accretion) in field experiments
- Pioneering studies on the potential role of cyanobacteria as plant growth promoting inoculants for wheat, rice and cotton, their ability to colonize inter/intracellular regions of roots and production of signal molecules, which has been cited globally
